I build the bridge between code, AI, and business value. Since 2014, I have been
developing digital solutions and helping companies transform data and modern technologies into measurable
value. My background in software engineering is complemented by practical training in Data Science & AI (DSI
Berlin).
As a Software Developer, I design and implement scalable applications, modern data platforms,
and end-to-end data pipelines. In doing so, I unify software development with data integration, data modeling,
ETL/ELT processes, API integrations, and cloud technologies. This results in solutions that automate data
workflows, optimize processes, and enable informed business decisions. My focus is on robust software
solutions and high-performance data architectures that translate technical excellence into measurable business
value.
How I help companies turn data into actionable solutions
Many companies collect data – but don't utilize it effectively.
I build systems that break down these barriers.
Real-world examples of data-driven integrations
A prime example of data integration: The seamless connection of timeBuzzer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
My professional journey and education
At CROMIND, my focus was on data integration, interface development, ERP systems, and the automation of business processes. In this context, I worked intensively with APIs, processed large volumes of data, and developed high-performance SQL-based solutions. This allowed me to further deepen my interest in structured data processes and high data quality.
A key project was CRObuzzer, an integration solution connecting Timebuzzer to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The solution automates the processing of time-tracking data and significantly contributes to improving efficiency and transparency in business processes.
By deploying CRObuzzer, manual processes were reduced, data quality was improved, and well-informed decisions based on consistent data were supported.
Learn moreAlong the way, I met many dedicated people and engaged in intensive exchanges about innovative ideas. Together, we founded the startup UANDSHOP – a business social network with a team of 20 to 50 people.
UANDSHOP was an innovative e-commerce project operating in the B2B, B2C, and C2C space. The platform allowed users to create their own profiles and market a wide range of products and services – such as flight tickets, real estate, electronics, fashion, and digital services – in a data-driven and targeted manner. Using intelligent search and filter mechanisms, individual needs were automatically captured and matched with suitable offers. This enabled users to proactively offer in-demand items, increase their market visibility, and sustainably acquire new customers.
A core feature of the platform was an intelligent filter system that allowed users to define their desired products based on individual criteria – even independently of existing listings. The system automatically searched for matching products and notified users in real time as soon as relevant offers became available.
From January 2014 to May 2015, I worked at Beroz Pardaz Fahim Kostar — initially as a Full-Stack Developer and later as CTO. I started as a Junior Developer and was subsequently promoted to the role of CTO.
Both before and after successfully completing my IT training in 2007, I worked as an IT specialist and teacher at a school, gaining extensive practical experience. This role was particularly valuable to me, as I learned to communicate complex topics in an accessible way and work effectively with diverse audiences.
Following my last position, I dedicated the period from May 2025 to November 2025 to targeted further training in Data Science, Analytics, and Machine Learning, with the goal of sustainably deepening my expertise in data-driven systems.
This decision was grounded in my hands-on experience at CROMIND, where I had already worked extensively with data and developed automated processes — and where I recognized the enormous potential of structured data processing and analysis.
What particularly excites me is the combination of Data Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, and Workflow Automation. My focus is not only on processing data, but on structuring it meaningfully, transforming it into valuable insights, and making it actionable for business decisions.

An automated data pipeline and forecasting project that downloads and processes official monthly labor market data for Germany.
Downloads official monthly unemployment data from the Federal Employment Agency (BA), parses it into CSV datasets, and runs two independent AutoML engines (H2O AutoML and Auto-sklearn) to forecast the current month's figures. The pipeline is containerized using Docker and Docker Compose.
A professional-grade full-stack monitoring dashboard for real-time monitoring and fully automated recovery of critical Windows services.
A professional-grade client-server monitoring dashboard that tracks critical Windows services. Features real-time status heartbeats, custom auto-recovery retry policies, interactive charts via Recharts, and deep Google Gemini AI integration to analyze log files and recommend diagnostic solutions.
An interactive data analysis and machine learning web application highlighting the challenges facing youth in Germany.
A collaborative data science project exploring educational, employment, and mental health challenges facing German youth. Built as an interactive Streamlit dashboard featuring custom data pipelines with Pandas, dynamic Plotly visualizations, Scikit-learn regression models for unemployment forecasting, and comparative Power BI (.pbix) dashboards.
A high-performance Windows Forms desktop application for continuous monitoring and automated recovery of critical Windows services.
A robust system-monitoring application built on .NET 10 that tracks critical running programs. Instantly restarts failed services, encrypts sensitive configurations (SMTP/credentials) using AES encryption, prints diagnostic traces with log4net, sends fail-safe email notifications upon persistent failure, and includes a full suite of 56 xUnit tests.
A cross-platform complete solution for efficient management, organization, and volunteer coordination of church parishes.
A unified church orchestration system containing native client applications for iOS (built with Swift, UIKit, and URLSession) and Android (built with Java, Volley, and RecyclerView), powered by a lightweight JavaScript backend running on Google Apps Script, using Google Sheets as a database and syncing with Google Calendar.
An ultra-fast legacy system utility for rapidly switching patch versions of the game Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.
Developed between 2009 and 2013 for competitive Garena players. This lightweight Windows utility manipulates registry paths to hot-swap game patches in under 10 seconds, saving gigabytes of storage by avoiding folder duplication. Features a custom borderless form with both classic and dark themes.
